After the m2Work ideation phase, which was conducted by infoDev and Nokia's Idea's Project, four mLabs and a mHub (Mobile Nepal) are organizing m2work Hackathon on September 15 - 16, 2012 with the support of infoDev and YoungInnovations Pvt. Ltd. The four mLabs are situated in Republic of Armenia, Kenya, South Africa and Vietnam. Mobile Nepal is organizing the hackathon in Nepal.
The objective of the hackathon is to create mobile applications based on mobile microwork. The participants can convert ideas posted in the ideation phase or own ideas based on mobile microwork. The winners will also be awarded.

3rd:Rs.10,000
The m2Work Hackathon aims to:
Shape promising idea submissions into mobile application prototypes;
Bolster other prototype mobile microwork applications that qualify for pre-incubation support at infoDev’s Mobile Application Labs (mLabs), and
Increase awareness for the job-creating potential of mobile microwork in developing countries.
