The Third Generation नाम ले नै भन्छ, तेस्रो पुस्ता ! खुल्दुली सायद जाग्दै होला के हो, तेस्रो पुस्ता भनेर । धेरै सोचिरहनु पर्दैन म नै भनिदिन्छु The Third Generation एउटा डकुमेन्ट्रि मुभि हो । अनि यसलाई हेलसिन्कि, फिनल्याण्ड मा रहेका केही नेपाली युवाहरु ले बनाएका हुन् ।डकुमेन्ट्रि एउटा १९ बर्षिय नेपाली युवा को वरिपरि घुमेको छ, जो पढ्न को लागि पश्चिमी देश हानिएको छ । अनि डकुमेन्ट्रिमा त्यसपछि उसको जिवन को दिनचर्यालाई समेट्न खोजिएको छ । उसको सुख, दुख, भोगाइलाई The Third Generation मार्फत देखाउन खोजिएको छ । हामीसँग को कुराकानी मा चलचित्र का निर्देशक मनोज भुषाल ले, आफूहरु सामाजिक चलचित्र निर्माण गर्ने युवाहरु को समूह भएको र यो आफूहरुको पहिलो प्रयास भएको, जानकारी गराउनुभएको छ ।
यो डकुमेन्ट्री हेर्न उत्सुक हुनुहुन्छ होला, तर तपाई ले केही समय कुर्नुपर्ने कुरा हामीलाई चलचित्र निर्माण पक्ष ले जानकारी गराएकोछ । तर यसो भन्दैमा निराश नहुनुहोस्, हामीले आज The Third Generation डकुमेन्ट्रि को प्रोमो लिएर आएका छौँ । अहिलेलाई चाँहि २:०० मिनेट को प्रोमो नै हेर्नुहोस् ।
From the Makers: The Third Generation (2009)- Tesro Pusta in Nepali- is the first documentary film going to be realeased by Silver Lining Creation on the first week of July 2009.The documentary will be screened at different film festivals around the globe and the SL Creation team will travel to Nepal in order to screen it amongst Nepali youths in December-January 2009/10. Shortly after the first release a second version will be available with English narration and subtitles as well.
Plot: The documentary is based on a 19 years old Nepalese boy who leaves his well paid job with the United Nations in order to pursue a higher degree in the west. The documentary features his daily struggles in a new environment and, most importantly, portrays his self-awareness and longing for the search of identity. Amidst utter sadness looming around, he comes up with an idea which could transform his war savaged country into a prosperous wonderland!
